PhosGuard rapidly removes phosphate and silicate from marine and freshwater aquaria. Although PhosGuard is effective in both fresh and marine water, it will operate better in sea water and the need for it is better defined in sea water. It is not recommended for phosphate buffered freshwater (PhosGuard would remove the buffer until saturated). PhosGuard is highly porous and bead-shaped to promote easy water flow through and around it, thereby increasing both its efficiency and capacity.

Meridian is an all natural oolitic (spherical or egg shaped) aragonite substrate for all reef and marine aquaria. Meridian is the premium aragonite substrate for the reef aquaria. It's grain size (a fairly uniform 0.25 - 0.50 mm) is ideally suited to reef inhabitants and it's chemical composition will assist in stabilizing calcium and alkalinity while preventing large pH declines. Unlike competing "wet" products marketed under the guise of being "live", Meridian is sold dry, thus you pay only for gravel and not for unneeded water. These products imply that they contain living, microscopic animals when in fact they only contain common bacteria. Dry or wet, there are bacteria on every substrate available. If one is concerned with shortening the aquarium cycle time for a new system, then the use of a product designed for that particular purpose would be more appropriate (such as Seachem’s Stability®).

KanaPlex is a blended kanamycin based medication that safely and effectively treats several fungal, and bacterial fish diseases (dropsy, popeye, fin/tail rot, septicemia). Because it is absorbed by fish it is useful in treating internal infections in those situations where food is refused. It does not adversely affect the filter bed and is easily removed with carbon. When used in a medicated food mix, it is excellent for treating bacterial infections in tanks that contain invertebrates. For use in freshwater or marine aquaria.
IndicationsKanaPlex is appropriate for treating a variety of fungal, and bacterial fish diseases. Below are some of the more common diseases treatable with KanaPlex. Rails In All Lengths
Tanks come in a lot of shapes and sizes. To accommodate the vast majority of commercially available and custom aquariums the RMS multi-light rails start at 20.5 inches and increase in 10 inch increments to 90.5 inch. The multi-light RMS allows for adjustment of the rail with respect to the arms – meaning that even if your tank is not a common length – there is a rail length that will work for you.
Mix and Match
A single Multi-Light RMS setup can accommodate both XR15 and XR30 model Radions on the same rail.
RMS Hanging Kit
The RMS Hanging Kit provides yet more versatility to the already highly flexible RMS system. Help extend the life of your dosing pumps head by adding a few small drops of lubricant every few weeks. Most dosing pumps either have a loose cap over the roller head holding in grease or they have a self lubricating tube, and over time both the grease or the tube will wear out. By adding Dosing Tube Lubricant to your dosing pumps rollers and tubing you can greatly increase the lifespan of the tubing and entire pump.

Growing algae in a refugium setting can help manage and combat reef tank nutrient issues, like phosphates and nitrates. One of the biggest keys to a successful refugium is having the proper light. The pH value can have a major impact on the growth of corals and calcareous algae and on many biological processes. The pH should not be allowed to fluctuate more than approx. 0.3 units during 24 hours and should preferably be kept between 8.0 and 8.2.
If the pH is too low then the cause may be a too low alkalinity and/or insufficient aeration.
A low pH can be corrected by improving aeration and by increasing the alkalinity to NSW (Natural seawater) value or upto approx 25% above NSW levels.
The Salifert pH test kit is sufficiently accurate to monitor pH fluctuations of approx 0.2 pH units. Our KH + pH Buffer allows fast and efficient correction of alkalinity.

Feeding Instructions
Feed 1 to 2 times daily. Pop out the required amount from the blister pack and let it thaw slightly in a small cup of aquarium water before pouring it into the tank. Only feed what your fish can completely consume within 3 to 5 minutes. Krill is highly nutritious, so be careful not to overfeed, and immediately remove any uneaten portions with a net to maintain pristine water quality.

The Seaweed Clip is an excellent tool for feeding the "Seaweed Selects" from Ocean Nutrition. In order to keep grazers fit, algae needs to be readily available. The clip is for use underwater and adheres easily to acrylic or glass surfaces thanks to its suction cup. This clip has a stronger and longer gripping surface than other clips on the market.
