General Terms & Acceptance: Welcome to Dorry Pets. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. We strive to ensure full transparency and fairness towards all consumers in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Dorry Pets may modify these terms at any time, and the amended terms will be made available on the website.

Pricing, Currency, and VAT: All prices displayed on the Dorry Pets website are in South African Rand (ZAR). Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard South African rate. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in the base product price. Due to banking regulations, we do not accept Forex online or in-store.

Product Descriptions & Honest Advertising: We are committed to honest advertising. We make every effort to display clear, accurate product descriptions, specifications, compatibility details, and conditions. However, should an erroneous or outdated price be displayed due to a technical error, you agree that we are not obligated to sell the product at the erroneous price.

Orders, Pre-Orders, and Verification:

• Order Confirmation: The advertising of products constitutes an invitation to make an offer to purchase. A transaction is only deemed concluded once the product has been delivered or collected.

• Pre-Orders & Requests: A pre-order or product request is not a confirmed order. Final pricing and availability may vary. We will reserve the product subject to stock and confirm all details telephonically or via email.

• Verification: We reserve the right to verify the identity of any purchaser or the payment method used. You may be required to send a copy of your identity document, proof of residence, or a copy of your credit card. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your order.

Account Security: If you register an account, you undertake to ensure your Access Codes (ID and password) are not disclosed to third parties. You waive any rights against Dorry Pets arising from loss or damage suffered as a result of unauthorized use of your Access Codes.

Liability & Disclaimers: Dorry Pets provides the website "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of the website, reliance on information provided, or delays caused by third-party service providers (including website downtime).
