Shipping policy

Delivery Methods & Costs: Dorry Pets uses the services of Fastway Couriers for the delivery of all online orders. We can ship to any physical address within South Africa, but unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

• Free Shipping: Available on all qualifying orders over R 2,000.00.

• Standard Shipping: Orders under R 2,000.00 will incur a minimum shipping charge of R 200.00 (calculated at checkout).

Delivery Timelines: Dorry Pets dispatches and delivers from Monday to Friday. Standard delivery lead times are between 1 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Extended Delivery: If a product requires an extended delivery time, we will notify you telephonically. Items with extended delivery times are shipped with your approval as soon as they become available from the manufacturer.

Undeliverable Packages & Double Delivery: Please ensure you provide the correct delivery details and that a responsible person is available to sign for and receive your order. If a package is undeliverable, it will be returned to our offices, and we will contact you to reschedule delivery (which may incur additional costs). Dorry Pets will not be held responsible whatsoever for missing parcels if they have been signed for at the provided delivery address.

Frozen Fish Food Delivery: Dorry Pets packages frozen food orders in the best way possible to ensure the product remains frozen for as long as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in a frozen state, and do not accept responsibility if the order arrives thawed.
