This typically includes a percentage water change, deep-cleaning of the glass and substrate, equipment inspection (skimmers, filters, pumps), and professional water chemistry testing to ensure your ecosystem is perfectly balanced.
2. Do I need to supply my own water or salt?
Not at all! We take the heavy lifting completely off your hands. Our team arrives with all the necessary RO (Reverse Osmosis) water and pre-mixed saltwater required for your scheduled water changes.
3. Do you service both marine and freshwater aquariums?
Yes. Our technicians are highly trained in all types of aquatic environments. Whether you have a delicate marine reef system requiring precise salinity and trace element management, or a lush, planted freshwater/tropical tank, we have the expertise to maintain it.
4. How often should I schedule a maintenance visit?
Every tank is unique. Depending on your tank size, livestock density, and filtration system, we typically recommend weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits. Once you submit a quote request, our team will recommend the perfect schedule for your specific setup.
5. Can you deliver new fish or supplies during my maintenance visit?
Absolutely. This is one of our most popular perks! If you purchase new fish, corals, or dry goods from the store, our technicians will personally deliver them and handle the professional acclimation process during your scheduled service, ensuring a stress-free transition for your new livestock.
6. Do you offer one-off rescue cleans, or do I have to sign a contract?
While we highly recommend a recurring schedule for long-term tank health, we absolutely offer one-off services! If your tank has gotten out of hand, you are dealing with an algae bloom, or you just need a professional reset clean, fill out the form above and we will get your aquarium back on track.
