AQUAEL PAT MINI is a tiny turbine filter intended for use in small freshwater aquariums. This device consists of a small head and a carefully selected filter sponge. Thanks to the innovative design, the maximum throughput of the filter head reaches 400 l/h, which is comparable to the typical performance of a medium-sized turbine aquarium filter. Despite its high performance, the filter operates at a power consumption of 4W or less. Given its specifications, PAT MINI can provide efficient filtration even in a 120-liter tank. However, you should not be concerned about the filter creating an excessive whirling motion in smaller tanks, since there is a performance control switch in the front part of the head that allows you to adjust throughput as required. In addition, the filter is equipped with a directional nozzle that can be used to control the outflow of water into the tank e.g. by directing it towards a tank wall. The aeration tube connected to the outlet nozzle ensures efficient oxygenation of the water.
The sponge supplied with the PAT MINI filter can trap even the finest visible impurities, performing efficient mechanical filtration of water in the tank. In addition, the sponge provides an ideal living environment for strains of beneficial nitrifying bacteria that oxidize ammonia and nitrates, toxic substances that are harmful to fish. Maintenance of the sponge is very simple and takes less than a minute. Regular maintenance will guarantee continuous operation of the filter, and the inhabitants of our aquarium will swim in crystal-clear and toxin-free water.The device is very easy to install thanks to a holder equipped with strong suction cups and a functional bracket that can be used to hook the filter onto the edge of a tank wall.The PAT MINI filter is compatible with the AQUAEL sprinkler and the AQUAEL MINI UV water sterilizer. Feeding:Perfectly Sized Pellet: For smaller bettas (under 1.5 in length from the tip of their nose to the base of their tail, before the fins) we suggest using Micro Pellets and feeding 6 pellets twice a day. For bettas 1.5" to 1.75" betta, feed three pellets of Betta Bio-Gold up to three times daily. Add 1 pellet per 1/4 inch of growth, never feeding more than 5 pellets at one feeding. Additional feedings can be made if they are at least three hours apart and at least that amount of time before all lights are out in the room. During feedings, feed one pellet at a time and make sure the betta completely consumes each pellet. Do not overfeed. Overfeeding can be detrimental to the betta and the water quality. Remove any uneaten food after the feeding period.

Scaper's Soil is an active substrate specially developed for aquariums. It creates a slightly acidic, soft water that most animals and plants from tropical areas love. Scaper's Soil is ideal for planted aquariums, especially aquascaping, and shrimp aquaria. Scaper's Soil is made from 100% natural raw materials. Made from a variety of carefully selected natural soils, it provides all the vital minerals and trace elements that aquarium plants need on a daily basis. The irregularly shaped grains with a diameter of 1 to 4 mm make the soil look particularly natural. Its loose structure allows optimal soil aeration, plant roots can grow in well. Scaper's Soil provides the perfect basis for healthy, vigorous plant growth and magnificent colors. Mosses also benefit from it and show it through compact growth and lush green leaves. The deep black coloration creates an intense, vivid contrast to the bright green of the plants. Scaper's Soil effectively prevents annoying algae growth for 3 reasons: Through the special nutrient formula – so the nutrients primarily benefit the plants, but not the algae. They are particularly rich in vital nutrients, minerals and trace elements. At the same time, they have a high content of valuable humic and fulvic acids. Andosol soils are therefore extremely fertile and highly valued agriculturally.

Since each bottle of MICROBE-LIFT is grown individually, color variations may exist from bottle to bottle. These variations in color are not indicative of variations in product quality. Any floating particles present are suspended biofilm which slough off the sides of the bottle. Dimpling or expansion of the container is caused by pressure differences resulting from temperature variations due to the fact that the bottle is sealed.
*Saltwater environments - the bacteria in this product will remain effective when used in marine environments with a specific gravity of 1.017 to 1.025. In marine tanks, add the aquarium salt mix and allow the water to circulate for 24 hours, then check and adjust the density. Add the bacteria after the new water has circulated for the 24-hour period.
Saltwater oceans are a highly stable environment with very little fluctuation in pH. The ocean waters dilute fish waste and organic matter. The bacteria in MICROBE-LIFT/Special Blend provides the assistance needed to break down the decaying organic matter and cycle certain elements, e.g. nitrogen and sulfur, etc. which may build up in your tank.
