Feeding Guide

To keep your pond fish healthy and your water pristine, adjust your feeding schedule based on your pond's water temperature:

• Above 60°F (15°C): Feed 2 to 4 times daily. Only feed the amount your fish will completely consume within 5 minutes.

• Between 50°F and 60°F (10°C – 15°C): Feed no more than 2 times daily. Monitor your fish closely and only feed during the warmest part of the day when they are active enough to digest their food.

• Below 50°F (10°C): Stop feeding entirely, or transition to a highly digestible cold-water wheat-germ diet, as the digestive systems of Koi and pond fish largely shut down in cold water.
