Kona works beautifully as a standalone substrate or can be blended with other materials to craft custom aquascapes, terrariums, and paludariums.

As with all Controsand varieties, Kona is easy to use for aquascapers of any skill level. Rinse gently to remove fine debris, then distribute in your aquarium as a natural accent or base layer for a bold, organic effect.
